14. Carrying out additional tasks among colleagues at Office of Secretariat

8. Budget planning, purchase request, and verification for Secretariat Office
9. Property management for President, Vice-President, and Secretariat Office
10. Assisting hiring and contacting for university counsel
11. Controlling the expenses used by all departments related to recruiting
12. Assisting overseas recruitment activities
13. Implementing additional tasks assigned by the President and the Secretary-General
14. Carrying out additional tasks among colleagues at Office of Secretariat
